PAINT ROLLER FABRIC

Monterey Mills is North America’s largest sliver knitter and paint roller fabric supplier. We are able to customize pile height from 1/4” to 1 1/4” (6mmto 31mm) and able to slit to any width. We have developed over 100 different blends of fabric for our paint roller customers. Our experience helped establish the necessary technology to blend thick and thin fibers together, thus enhancing the uniform application. The result is the ability to create the optimal fabric to fully meet customer specifications. Thinner diameters result in the ability to carry more paint; thicker fibers enhance uniform application by strengthening blends of thin and thick fibers to create the perfect pile blend.

APPAREL & INSULATION

The apparel lines of fabrics serve many end purposes in this industry. They can be an interior hat, coat, boot, slipper or mitten lining. They can also be an ultra-luxurious faux fur coat or a patterned outerwear jacket. The Monterey Mills’ Technical Development Specialists are able to convert any image into a pile fabric pattern and to match any colors. You can develop fabric to coordinate with an existing line or create new apparel lines. We can customize any pattern and match any colors – in an endless variety of finishes and fabric weights.

ROLLED FABRIC

For our business customers, Monterey Mills sells our complete line-up of knitted fabric in increments of 300-yards. We also serve the end consumer and can cut and sell most fabrics in increments of 5-yard cuts for those special craft and do-it-yourself projects. From craft fabrics and case liners to medical, pet and filtration fabrics, Monterey Mills has you covered.
